Baoshilian Design Institute of Shandong Post And Telecom Engineering Co., Ltd. is the Grade B survey and design enterprise of correspondence, broadcasting and TV disciplines approved by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People’s Republic of China. The company took up the communication planning and design work since 2007, establishes the quality management system, and passes the certification of ISO9000 quality management system.

        The company mainly provides operation consultation and communication network planning and design for communication service enterprises (including: the design for mobile communication, communication tower, electro-optical transmission, communication power supply, communication supporting and service network, long-distance local exchange network, data communication, broadband multimedia, long-distance local optical cable, communication pipeline, microwave and satellite communications, new communication techniques, new business and other disciplines, and the compilation of communication network planning, project proposal, and feasibility study report).

       The Baoshilian Design Institute has more than 50 technicians at present, all of which have bachelor degree or above, and wherein, there are   senior engineers, more than 10 intermediate engineers, 2 first-class registered construction engineers, and more than 40 persons in possession of the certificate of budget estimate.
